Story[]

Big Nose, staying in the woods with his dog, keeps Pinky awake with his snoring.

Plot[]

In a sprawling mountain range, the Little Man lovingly feeds his dog, affectionately patting him on the head. As weariness sets in, both the Little Man and his dog succumb to yawns, signaling it’s time for a nap. Settling into his hammock, the Little Man smiles as his dog jumps up and tries to snuggle beside him. However, the Little Man gently nudges his dog away, insisting he has the hammock all to himself.

As the Little Man sleeps, his deep snores echo through the area, disturbing the Pink Panther, who is lounging on a branch high above. With growing annoyance, Pink Panther takes matters into his own hands and uses a knife to cut the rope of the Little Man's hammock. The Little Man—and his unsuspecting dog, who has been peacefully napping below—are sent flying into the nearby lake. In a panic, the dog grabs the knife, becoming an unwitting suspect in the chaos caused by his owner.

As the snoring continues to reverberate through the trees, Pink Panther's annoyance reaches its peak once more. He relocates his hammock to a different set of trees, only to discover they hover over a campfire. The dog's nose catches a whiff of smoke, and he quickly realizes that his owner is directly above the flames. Without hesitation, the dog grabs a cup and races to the lake, desperate to fetch water and extinguish the flames.

However, the ropes of the hammock are burnt, and the Little Man falls into the fire, howling in distress. The dog quickly leaps into action, struggling to cool his owner's singed behind, but not before the Little Man leaps into the lake to douse the flames. Once cooled, the dog splashes water at him in a misguided attempt to help, aggravating the Little Man even further, who now chases after his canine companion in a fit of anger.

In a display of irritation, the Little Man ties the dog to a sturdy branch beside him and tries to peacefully sleep in a small tent. Yet the dog's whimpering interferes with his rest. Annoyed yet again, Pink Panther decides to hoist the sleeping tent and carry it toward the lake. As he strolls past, he places a blanket over the dog, who awakens, believing it’s a loving gesture from his owner.

As the Little Man snores in his tent, the current sweeps it toward a nearby waterfall. The dog, panicking, leaps up to rescue his owner, but the tension in the leash yanks him back. Determined, the dog wriggles free and swims toward his floating tent, but in his haste, he only manages to bring the tent to shore while the Little Man tumbles down the waterfall, landing with a thud.

Frustrated, the Little Man glares at his dog, who is now at the shoreline. In a fit of anger, he ties the dog to a thick branch beside him and lays back against a tree to sleep, snoring loudly once more. Viewing his owner as a troublesome pirate, the dog decides to nibble through his restraints, convinced he can win some freedom.

At that moment, Pink Panther, still cranky from all the noise, throws an alarm clock at the Little Man’s head. Startled, the Little Man wakes up, and his dog, now holding a gun (having mistakenly picked it up while nibbling at the ropes), finds himself in an awkward position. Shocked, the Little Man passes out again from the sudden wake-up call.

After a while, he comes to, only to find his dog trying to hide various weapons in a hole he’s dug. This mischief enrages the Little Man, who grabs a rifle and starts chasing Pink Panther, who has been observing this chaos from a safe distance.

The dog, seeing an opportunity, sneaks up and playfully attacks the Little Man from behind. This prompts a comical brawl between the two—both misreading each other's intentions.

Meanwhile, Pink continues to bury himself deeper into the chaos by placing earmuffs over his ears, trying to block out the noise. Suddenly, as the Little Man and the dog tussle, they inadvertently trigger the rifle, causing the tree branch that holds Pink Panther’s hammock to tumble down.

As the dust settles, both the Little Man and the dog stop, bewildered at the sight of Pink Panther emerging from his makeshift bed. Pink realizes he’s been the center of the chaos, and the two rage-filled individuals exchange a look of fury. They now recognize the true culprit behind their misfortunes.

In a fit of anger, the Little Man and his dog turn their weapons toward Pink Panther, determined to confront him for the chaos he’s caused. They fire bullets at Pink as he darts away through the woods, relentlessly pursued by the two, eager to hold him accountable for his antics beneath the rising sun.
